Alex Lunsford

Alex Lunsford is native of Clarkesville, Georgia, where he has been in the great outdoors all of his life. He is an Eagle Scout with an associate's degree in Agriculture from ABAC and a bachelor's degree in Business Management from North Georgia College and State University. Becoming a fishing guide was the natural choice, right?

Alex has worked with Unicoi Outfitters since 2002. He enjoys meeting all of his clients just as much as having a great day catching trout! Alex has become very familiar with the rivers of Northeast Georgia as well as the rivers around Aleknagik, Alaska where he spent three seasons guiding for Mission Lodge. The best fishing for him has been on the Togiak River in Alaska. Colorado and Florida are not bad either!

Apart from fishing, Alex spends his time at the beach, hunting everything from quail to deer and golfing.
